Job summary:

The Estate Manager will run the day-to-day operations and administration of Unity Silver Hill Estate. This role is designed for a young professional providing hands-on exposure to estate management, resident relations, operations, and reporting while working under supervision and mentorship.

Key responsibilitiess:

  • Run the daily operations of Unity Silver Hill Estate to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Act as a first point of contact for residents’ inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints.
  • Assist in coordinating on-site staff including security, cleaners, gardeners, and other service providers.
  • Monitor cleanliness, landscaping, and general upkeep of common areas.
  • Assist in enforcing estate rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date estate records, registers, and logs.
  • Compile basic daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance works, inspections, and minor repairs.
  • Support resident communication through notices, WhatsApp messages, emails, and circulars.
  • Assist in organising community engagements, and events.
  • Support data collection on incidents, complaints, and service performance.
  • Escalate operational issues to the Assistant General Manager when required.
  • Assist the Estate Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and recent campus leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship, attachment, or volunteer experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or property management is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn estate management systems.

Salary:

KES. 40,000/- Gross per month
